2004 Fall Soccer Registration
For Ages 4 through 19
IN HOUSE TEAMS (NO TRAVEL):
 U-6 Coed League ages 4 & 5 years old (as of July 31, 2004)U-8 Coed League ages 6 & 7 years old (as of July 31, 2004)U-10 Coed League ages 8 & 9 years old (as of July 31, 2004)U-12 Coed League ages 10 & 11 years old (as of July 31, 2004)ALL GAMES AND PRACTISES ARE AT TWIN LAKES PARK, Twin Lakes Road
FEES:
The Fee is $60. Supplied uniform will be jersey, shorts & socks. You will need to purchase shin guards, soccer cleats,& soccer ball.

FEES:
The fee is $85.00. Supplied uniform wil be jersey, shorts & socks.
The fee is $45.00 if you have a team travel uniform. You will need to purchase shin guards, soccer cleats and soccer ball.

TO REGISTER:
Registration can be initiated online but all parents and players must come in person to sign the required Florida Youth Soccer Player Registration card. If this is your first year, you must bring a birth certificate.
Online pre-registration will save you time. Physical registration can be done at:
